Thanks for stopping by our page to find out more of who we are and what we’re about. Let me start off with our mission and then we’ll get into more on our team.
In short our mission is to show others that living a sustainable healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be hard, time consuming or too daunting to even start. No need to count calories, no need to step on a scale. With small steps, we’ll show you how to move forward in the direction of a healthy lifestyle that will have you feeling alive and vibrant, have more energy and even sleep better.
With our advice and the way we relay our message you’ll have confidence in the kitchen and grocery store, understand how to be active and stay active without the gym and more than anything, reduce the stress in your life that is weighing your down.
Our favourite way to teach healthy living is though our Monthly Membership where we design meals that are easy to prepare, we also include recipes and grocery shopping lists. Each week we lay out a fitness routine for you that are all at home workouts, 20 minutes or less, no equipment required. We also plan recovery days that include yoga, stretching, breathing exercises, detox baths and more!
And finally we put everyone in a private and supportive group where you can ask questions, find motivation, accountability, etc. We keep the group fun and interesting with challenges, giveaways and exercises to help you stay on track!
Who am I? In short, part ninja, part athlete, park monk and a part of this world. Why these handful of descriptions, because life isn’t that serious, because we all have a ninja secretly hidden deep down, because we all want to give and are a part of this world, and most of us have a peaceful calming deep down that we’re looking to find.
Because of my cat like reflexes, slacklining ability and mysterious, seemingly magical powers.
Growing up as one, the drive to achieve is a burning fire that only ignites as I find inspiration from around the world directed toward healthy living.
Because of my spiritual connections, meditation practices and natural, holistic way of life.
Part of this World
Because each and every one if us influences this world in one way or another, positively or negatively. We affect the environment we live in, the strangers we pass by and the loved ones we cherish. Each one of us is a part of this world.
Freedom Fighter For Healthy Living
For those that are looking to be free from health issues, lack of energy, inability to sleep, lack confidence and the direction to live a healthy lifestyle. I’m here with you, to fight for your freedom…more than anything, because you’re worth it.
I spent most of my life as an athlete, as I got older and better I was able follow my passion of baseball and play at the professional level traveling around the world through the US, to Germany and Australia.
This is where my passion of health was found as I was able to stay healthy and injury free through long season no matter what city, or continent or how far I traveled. The experiments I performed on myself through both nutrition and fitness is what I teach now and all stems from our stress levels.
If we’re able to reduce the stress in our lives through what we put in and on our body, and by reducing the stress in our environment, we can live healthy, vibrant lives which is exactly what we teach.

Dorothy is always setting and achieving new goals to stay motivated and inspire others as well. From Tri-athlons to healthy baking events, Dorothy always has something new going on to show others how to find sustainable health.

Growing up with a wild imagination, taking a multi-media production course in high school was natural. This is where I really shined, learning stop-motion, and video production with 2 cameras, also working with a grade 9 drama class. Graduating out of Lethbridge College with a diploma in Community Television Production I ventured out into TV land. A short tenure in the industry ending in a strike 4 years later, I had moved away from TV.
My imagination always there, always wanting to explore, always watching live TV for its production value than its content has always kept me hooked through my widely varied careers. Now, armed with a GoPro, a Canon camcorder and a basic digital video editing suite, I’m teaching myself all the things I forgot about TV production, learning that there is no limit and that it should always be pushed. Learning that you don’t need all the expensive equipment to make a quality product, it’s pushing the boundaries with the equipment that you have that makes a quality production. Much like exercise and staying fit.
My journey into fitness has been rocky but I keep at it. My favourite quote to date was in an article in Men’s Health magazine featuring Shaun T, he was asked “‘What’s more important for weight loss: diet or exercise? The answer: Neither. It’s your mind that’s most important.” As paraphrased by Buddha “The mind is everything. What you think, you become.”
