Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe

I’ve been enjoying Complete Truth Protein (CTP) BERRY BLAST Smoothie Recipe lately!

A smoothie is perfect for breakfast or makes a great snack in the evening or afternoon. Add fruit and you can fight the afternoon crash and those sugar cravings that are all so apparent while winding down in the evening. This is my favourite go to smoothie late in the evening when I don’t want to prepare anything.

Seems hard to go wrong with mixed berries. Remember that you should be snacking in the evening. Increase your metabolism and fight cravings with healthy snacks, instead of heading to the pantry when you are starving because you haven’t ate in hours.

Berry Smoothie recipe


2-3 tbsp CTP
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup spinach                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             1-2 dates
8-12 oz water or unsweetened almond milk 

Blend it up

Place all ingredients in blender and blast away!!
