I was introduced to True Form’s Fitness class by a friend and I have to say I had never
worked so hard for so long in my life before! I am in in my mid sixties , the flab had set
in and the few muscles I had left were protesting BUT at the end of that first hour I felt
more alive than I had for ages and so I kept showing up.

I have been doing these workouts two or three times a week now for about 9 months
and most definitely feel stronger and healthier than I did at the beginning of the year.
The support and commeraderie in the group are so beneficial as we usually manage
to have a few laughs and giggles in between the groaning! And working-out should be
fun .

Drew teaches a healthy life style as well, so not only only have I learned what bird dog
and dead bug are, I have also learned alot about Genetically modifed foods and the
benefits of removing processed foods from my diet.

Because Drew is so dedicated to his beliefs, his fitness programme is the only one I
have stuck with for this long a period. He holds classes rain or shine and right through
the holidays so there is never any down-time for your body to get lazy and this really
helps me maintainin a routine.

Yes, the work-outs are hard, but at my age if I feel if I don’t keep moving I might stop all
together and then life would be no fun at all!

True Form Classes

I LOVE going to the True Form Classes! They are an awesome full body workout! Drew makes the classes fun so you kind of forget that you are even working out! I really like that the classes are made for all levels of athletes. If you want to make an exercise easier or more difficult, he will tell you how to adjust. I have really noticed a difference in my strength and I am definatley more toned! Drew is very motivating and always positive! I don’t think i have ever heard him say something negative! If I ‘m having a bad day, by the time I leave class I am in a much better mood! I would recommend these classes to anyone!

Drew Taddia- True Form

I came to Drew right after New Years in 2012 looking for a personal trainer. I had a gym membership but had zero confidence to actually go to the gym and do anything other than cardio. I knew nothing about using the machines or lifting weights. Drew made me feel totally comfortable and taught me how to use them. He designed a weight training program specifically for my body and my goals. I got great results! I was actually excited to go to the gym! We set a goal to train for my first fitness competition in the fall and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Drew was very knowledgeable in helping me make a meal plan too! He has great meal ideas and knowledge of eating clean! I love that I can send him emails or call with any questions and he answers them right away. Drew makes you feel like you are his number one priority, no matter how many clients he has!

Six years ago my son passed away and a year later I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I was in denial until I had a serious relapse that had damaged my spinal cord which left me bed ridden. For five months or more I couldn’t walk or even write; I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able  to do anything but with my husband’s strength and smarts  he researched  a lady who has MS who ate healthy like a hunter gather and supplements.  He started to buy healthier, and I also decided to see a chiropractor to address the issues my body was going through.
As time went on I got stronger and my symptoms went away.  I was at a cadet dinner for my son Daniel where there was a silent action going on and there was Drew’s business certificate for True Form.  I decided to bid on it and won.
I, like many people, held onto it for a while scared and wondered if I could even go through with working out since my body felt so weak and was deteriorating. I finally got the courage to call; Drew reassured me that other people are nervous about joining a workout class also.  I decided to  go to a class and met all these wonderful supportive people.
Drew helped me to slowly get my body stronger and helped me set a health goals!  I was able to run like the others in 6 weeks!  What accomplishment that was, and I felt my body changing for the better.
At the moment I’m having another relapse to my surprise, I called Drew scared because I felt I wasn’t strong and had numbness in my right arm.  I asked for his help to watch over me at this time as he did and to my amazement it’s helping me; I’m feel stronger and continuing on with classes is helping me get through this.
I was told by someone that when we are sick we curled up in our beds and do nothing but this is when we should be pushing our bodies harder and eating well so that’s what I’m doing.  I have nothing to loose just benefits to gain!  Thank You Drew for your classes and helping me heal and become a stronger person today.

I am really enjoying classes with Drew.  I knew I needed something to take me to the next level.  All the food coaching, exercise and advise has given me strength, optimism and more energy.

My body is changing for the better and I am thankful it started with True Form!  I am excited to see my muscles starting to come through.  I am eating better and learning about food all the time.

True Form is my positive energy!  I thoroughly soak up all the energy classes provide.  I am looking forward to seeing more positive results from workout with Drew and the True Form team.

I met Drew 3 1/2 years ago in the Spring of 2009 when I decided to try out his class where I worked. I had never worked out in a class before, in fact I had never really worked out at all. I was training for a bike tour at the time and thought this would help to get me in shape for it. After the first few classes I soon realized that I was not in shape and had a long way to go. With Drew’s encouragement and feedback after a few months I was doing more advanced exercises and toning my body. I felt great and shed inches off of my body especially after Drew taught me about proper nutrition (another thing that I knew little about).Though I have never been overweight I was definitely not in shape. I now feel more toned, my energy level is much higher, I have more confidence and feel much more positive in day to day life.  I am still attending Drew’s body fit classes and I enjoy them very much. I am able to consistently attend twice a week and still find class challenging at times. I feel comfortable in this class and have met some really great people along the way. Even with a recent knee injury I was able to attend and he provided me with appropriate exercises so that I was still able to work out.

Drew will challenge you when you say you can’t. That is not a word that he believes in and he is correct. Anyone can achieve great results when they make that “commitment with mind, body and soul.” If you have a goal that you want to reach Drew will help you get there. With a little bit of time, dedication and commitment you can reach any goal that you want.
