Dairy Free Sundried Tomato Basil Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1 can full fat coconut milk

2-3 garlic cloves

Pepper

Himalayan Salt

1 bunch fresh basil leaves

1 jar sundried tomatoes

4 pita rounds or naan bread

Step To Follow

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the pizza sauce by scrapping the cream off the top of the coconut milk. To not use the liquid (save it and put it in a smoothie later). Place the coconut cream, garlic cloves and a dash of Himalayan salt and pepper in the blender. Blast until smooth.

Spread pizza sauce on pita rounds. Top with basil leaves and sundried tomatoes. Place in oven and heat until crust is light brown and crispy. About 10-15 minutes. For best results use a pizza stone.
