Traditional pancakes don’t align with my way of living anymore but the good news is this gluten free chocolate chip pancake recipe won’t have you missing a thing! You may wonder why you even miss those old traditional pancakes; they are so delicious that they will have you coming back for more!
This gluten free chocolate chip pancake recipe is definitely one that you don’t want to miss. They literally melt in your mouth. They are gluten free, dairy free and there’s no refined sugar used. A healthy recipe that tastes delicious and that you can trust.
In a large bowl combine CTP, baking powder and cinnamon. Make a well in the centre and pour in almond milk, beaten egg and mashed bananas. Stir until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. In a saucepan, melt 1 tsp. of coconut oil over medium heat.
Place approximately 1/4 cup of the batter in the centre of the pan and flip once bubbles form and edges are light brown. Once pancakes are completely cooked top with maple syrup.
You can substitute Complete Truth Protein for a gluten-free flour of your choice and replace the chocolate chips with any fruit of your liking.
