1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup Complete Truth Protein
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 drop peppermint essential oil OR 1 tsp. peppermint extract
Steps to Follow when making the Mint Chocolate Complete Truth Protein Balls
Mix everything in a large bowl. Roll into balls using a tablespoon to measure. If mixture seems to dry wet your hands before rolling or add a tiny bit of water to the mixture. Store in the fridge or freezer.
