Ingredients for Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie

  • 8-12oz almond milk
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Complete Truth Protein
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt (plain Greek yogurt if dairy isn’t an issue for you)
  • lemon juice (1/2 a lemon, squeezed)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-2 dates*

Blending up the Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie

Place all ingredients in blender as listed. Blast away and enjoy!

*For best results soak dates overnight in water. They will blend up a lot smoother this way.
