I’m super excited to announce there will be Morning Classes again for the month of July!
These are Morning Workouts Outside at 5:15am. That’s right, 5:15am. 45 mins long, get your workout in and get on with your day.
We’ll go Mon, Wed, Fri for the month of July. These will be more intense workouts, for those that are more serious about working out. I suppose you’d have to be if you’re going to workout at 5am .
We’ll use Battle ropes, TRX’s, bands and functional body weight exercises. You can sign up below if you’re interested!
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:15am.
Classes run from July 3rd to July 28th!
*We start right at 5:15am, if you’re running behind do your best to catch up.
What to bring
You’ll need a yoga mat, water bottle, workout clothes. Please be conscious of the weather, you might need a hat and sunglasses or your may need a rain jacket (this is Alberta).
What if it rains?
Rain or shine we WILL be working out!
We’ll be outside at the park in Olds called Craig’s Corner Memorial Park (48 Ave and Highway 27).
How Much do classes cost?
We’d like to get as many people involved as possible and because of the short notice we’ll be discounting this block at $120 which is $10/class. We usually charge $15/class but we didn’t give you much time to prepare so we’ll go with discounted price this month. This price reduction will also help if you aren’t able to make all of the classes.
How to Sign up?
You can sign up using the link below (just click on the ‘add to cart’ button to take you to the payment page).
You can also bring money to workout prior to the next block starting.
For the month the cost is $120.
Can I drop in?
Unfortunately no, we won’t be accepting drop ins. If you pay in advance, there’s a much better chance you’ll commit to the full month every Mon, Wed, Fri.
You can however pro-rate which means you’ll pay in advance for the classes that you will be there. We’re charging $10/class which means if you’ll only be there 6 classes then bring $60 to class prior to the next block or send an e-transfer to: email@example.com
What if I miss a class?
Then you miss a class, there won’t be make ups or refunds.
What if I’ll be gone some days?
Please refer to the ‘pro-rate’ section above.

And one final note, we’re super excited to be welcome Desiree Webb to the True Form family as a Fitness instructor! I couldn’t be more excited to have her working along side of us. Desiree will be running classes for July. More about her below:
Hey! My name is Desiree Webb (dezzi) and I have lived in this little community my whole life ❤️ I was raised a tough farm girl and loved playing goaltender for our local hockey team. In 2006 I went to college for 2 years to obtain my diploma in PFT.
I set out and opened a little facility in town called “Detonate health and fitness”. My husband and I soon decided to start our family so I brought my company to my home. We now have a family with three kiddos and I continue to train clients from my home ❤️.
