Summer Fitness Classes!!!

I'm super excited to announce there will be Morning Classes again for the month of July! These are Morning Workouts Outside at 5:15am. That's right, 5:15am. 45 mins long, get your workout in and get on with your day. We'll go Mon, Wed, Fri for the month of July. These will be more intense workouts, for those that are more serious about working out. I suppose you'd have to be if you're going to workout at 5am . We'll use Battle ropes, TRX's, bands and functional body weight exercises. ...
