June Fitness Classes!!!

Every once in awhile I get these crazy ideas. Some stick, others I soon find out aren't the best idea . So let's throw this one at the wall and see if it sticks. Anyone interested in Morning Workouts Outside at 5:15am? That's right, 5:15am. 45 mins long, get your workout in and get on with your day. We'll go Mon, Wed, Fri for the month of June.
