True Form Monster Salad


  • 4 cups greens (lettuce, spinach, kale etc.)
  • 1/4 cup cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 avocado, cubed
  • 1/4 cup beans (black beans, chickpeas etc)
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Pepper

To Prepare

In a large bowl, place greens, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes. Drizzle with oil oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with Himalayan Salt and pepper. Toss to combine very well. Top salad with remaining ingredients. Dig in and enjoy!
