2 slices bread
4-6 cucumber slices
2 tomato slices
6-8 pepper slices
1 dill pickle, sliced ( homemade is best)
2 tbsp hummus
1/4 avocado, sliced
1-2 leaves of romaine lettuce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Spread hummus on one slice of bread. On the other slice of bread place avocado. Pile the veggies on top of the slice of bread with the hummus. Sprinkle with Himalayan salt and pepper. Drizzle the Dijon mustard on top. Place the slice of bread with avocado on top. Squish together and take a gigantic bite. YUM!
