Everyone needs a little help with motivation. We all need some direction at times and we could all use a supportive group to keep us accountable. Which is why I decided to put together a 10 day fitness challenge!

This 10 day fitness challenge includes:

  • Daily support
  • A comfortable private and supportive group atmosphere for questions, motivation and encouragement
  • Full body weight exercises
  • Different 20 min workout each day for 10 days
  • No gym required
  • See results in only 10 days! Gain energy, confidence and lose inches.

Daily Support

Having daily support quite honestly is priceless. Being involved with a number of like minded people that and doing the same thing as you means more than I can say. You’ll have your daily workout posted, you’ll be able to ask questions, find modifications, and reap the benefits of being involved with others who have the same goal as you.

What type of workouts?

I believe in full body, functional workouts. That means there’s no equipment needed, you don’t need a gym membership, you won’t even need much space. We will be doing full body movements that include variations of squats, lunges, planks, sit ups and more. Again there is no equipment needed and we’ll be able to modify movements from the beginner all the way to advanced.

What if ‘can’t’ do an exercise?

No need to worry, I’ve been doing this for a long time. There’s always a modification for each exercise and that’s what the group support is there for. Not only will you have myself as a professional but you’ll have other fitness enthusiasts within the group to help answer questions and offer support.

20 Min Workouts 

Everyone has 20 mins to workout. We all have the same amount of hours in the day. We make time for the priorities we put at the top of our list. It’s time to start putting ourself first, it’s time to start feeling better about ourselves and get into a set schedule; jump start into a fitness routine if you will.

These workouts are only 20 mins a day for 10 days. You can make time for this, believe me you will make time for this because you deserve it.

What are the benefits?

Lack of energy is the #1 reason most clients come to me. Once you start working out the very first thing you’ll notice is more energy. After that you’ll gain some momentum and with increased energy you’ll start to feel better about yourself, you’ll have more energy and seemingly more time throughout the day.

And lastly, what always comes with starting a workout program is eating better. After you start to workout for a few days, you’ll want to eat better for a few days and after you feel the results of increased energy and confidence you’ll notice your jeans start to fit a little looser.

And the best part is, this is only the beginning.


I’m not a believer in the scale. You might want to read ‘the least accurate measure of success‘ if you’d like to know why. However, I highly recommend you take before and after pictures, and I also suggest you measure yourself accurately before you start and after the 10 days.

You should measure your: neck, bicep (middle of your upper arm), waist (thinest part of your torso), Hips (this is pretty much your butt), Thigh (thickest part of your leg) and calf (thickest part).

For accuracy, measure at the same time a day, the same measuring tape and the same person. I highly recommend a professional, they know what they’re doing and usually will do for free.

If you don’t measure, you’ll wish you had. Everyone likes to see tangible results and even though you’ll certainly feel an increase in energy and your pants loosen you’ll still wish you could see numbers (again refer to ‘the least accurate measure of progress‘).

What about nutrition? 

This group is not focused on nutrition as many of my other ‘detoxes’ are. However we do have a 10 Day Vegan Meal Plan to go along with these 10 days of exercise if you choose. We also have 10 days of regular meal planning (with meat included) for an extra but discounted fee.  These meal plans include both recipes and grocery shopping lists.

When does it start and what does it cost?

This private group starts Monday, Aug 17th. The last day to register is Friday, Aug. 14th. The investment for this challenge is $40 but we have a 50% off early bird special effective until Monday, Aug 10th. After the end of the day on Monday, August 10th the price will increase from $20 to $40.

  3. I just finished the 10 day Fitness Challenge. It was definitely a challenge, but so worth doing. Drew has put a lot of thought into the workout, to make it consistently more challenging.. I am reasonably fit(or so I thought, but I do have a small physical limitation. Drew and Dorothy were excellent at coming up with modifications for the exercises that presented a problem for me. I am also 55 years young, if I can do this workout, anyone can! The biggest bonus: at the end of the 10 day challenge I was down 4 3/4 inches ,

  6. I just finished The 10 Day Fitness Challenge and highly recommend it. The 10 days of exercises were tough but the group support helped me to push on. I especially loved the thoughtful videos that accompanied the workouts to make sure we had the right form . By Day 5 I was already feeling stronger and seeing results! Thanks Drew for another awesome challenge!!

I have been a part of True Form from the beginning but due to some health issues have not been able to be a part of the weekly exercise group for a while but my body is on the mend so thought I would give the 10 Day Fitness Challenge a try as I knew I needed to start back slow. This program would allow me to go at my own pace without the pressure of trying to keep up in a group. I loved having the inspiration of the other group members and Drew and Dorothy’s video were an awesome way to insure I was using the correct form for each exercise as well as the adaptation for beginner to advanced. It also motivated me to get my food back on track which had slipped a bit over the summer. Great program for any level of fitness.

  8. I am so happy with the results I had after I completed the 10 day fitness challenge, it just proved to me that you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to make a difference. The workouts required no equipment and I could do them right out of my home. To have the group support really pushed me to do my best and was just really nice to check in with everyone else. I loved this challenge and I cannot wait to do the next one!!
