30 Day Fitness Challenge

We got a 30 day fitness challenge starting very soon. I’m super excited. This is going to be our best challenge yet. I’m going to give you guys details coming up shortly. We’re only going to do 12 spots and I’ll explain why as we get into more details. So here’s what happens from participants when we put one of these challenges together that we’ve been doing for over 10 years. You can always break the group down into thirds. 33% are all in. These participants usually post, participate, they buy in from the start and see the most results. 

Then you have the second tier of the next 33%. These ones are mostly in. Kind of half in half out. They are mostly there but not 100%, they don’t always post or participate but put in most of the work.

You know what I think? It is that in any situation, you do the best you can. You got to leave it all out there. You work as hard as you possibly can and let the results take care of itself. It doesn’t matter, like when I was playing university professionally, people would say, Where does your confidence come from? My confidence comes from being one of the hardest workers around.

That’s what I prided myself, and I didn’t think I was good enough to play at a high level and not work hard like some of the other guys. I was the first to show up. I was the last one to leave. That was important to me and that’s where my confidence came from.

I’ve been talking a lot about this 30 day challenge. It’s the same thing. I don’t know what’s going to happen. We’ve proven results. We’ve rocked these challenges in the past. This one is going to be bigger and better than ever.

This sounds funny, but a lot of times people don’t want that extra accountability because then they don’t have someone to answer to. So, for example, in our 30 day fitness challenge, we’re going to have weekly 15 minute calls. So if you don’t want that like some people do, the fitness challenge isn’t for you.

We’re going to have a mastermind group of live Q&A. We’re going to have everyone in the group participating, answering questions, asking questions, maybe getting a bit vulnerable. We got to dig deep to find the results we’re looking for. If you don’t want that, if you don’t want to participate, if you don’t want extra accountability, the group’s probably not for you.
