At Home 10 Day Fitness Challenge

Since so many people are stuck at home, we thought it might be fun to kick off a 10 Day at Home Fitness Challenge!


We’ll provide the workouts and motivation, you show up ready to go! These workouts are done at home on your own time, which means you can do them at any time of day. You don’t have to be anywhere at any time – this challenge is 100% online.


We’ll mix in a live workout or two, we’ll have HIIT workouts, recorded workouts, challenges for time, recovery days and tips to help you stay on track throughout the 10 Days.


The structure looks like this: We’ll start on a Monday (soft launch on the weekend). We’ll go for 5 days straight of workouts and then have 2 ‘off days’ or recovery days. Then we’ll go 5 days straight with our workouts again and then two more off/recovery days to wrap up the challenge.


So it’s really 2 weeks (or closer to 14 days) of us leading you through workouts and fun! On the ‘off days’ we’ll provide yoga videos, stretching videos and recovery tips and suggestions.


We’ll also have contests, prizes and giveaway items to keep you interested and excited about working out!
