Bench Workout in 20 minutes! In this workout all you need is a bench or stable chair. Only 3 exercises, no equipment, full body movements.
Reps: 12-15 (each leg)
Notes: Be sure to do the same number of sets for each exercise. Work towards 3 sets but if you’re at 1 or 2 sets there’s nothing wrong with that.
