
So I'm back on the meditation train again. The truth is I love the feeling of meditation and being alone with my thoughts. More truth, it's hard for me to make myself do it.
So I go through times where I do it everyday for a week or two feel fantastic and then forget about it. Let me know if this sounds familiar?
I think at times it's scary being alone with your thoughts. Especially when the world seems upside down which is when we need it the most.
