Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce, washed and dried
  • 1 slice deli ham, about 1 ounce, rolled up and sliced into 8 pieces
  • 1 slice deli oven roasted turkey breast, about 1 ounce, rolled up and sliced into 8 pieces
  • 6 slices cucumber
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, quartered
  • ΒΌ cup shredded white cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Chop the romaine or iceberg lettuce and place it in a salad bowl.
    • Roll up the deli ham and turkey breast slices, then slice each roll into 8 pieces.
    • Slice the cucumber into 6 even slices.
    • Quarter the cherry tomatoes and the hard-boiled egg.
  2. Assemble the Salad:
    • Add the chopped lettuce to the salad bowl as the base.
    • Arrange the sliced deli ham and turkey breast on top of the lettuce.
    • Evenly distribute the cucumber slices, cherry tomato quarters, and hard-boiled egg quarters over the salad.
