- 5 ounces Kalamata pitted olives, drained and halved
- 7 ounces feta cheese
- ½ cup TF MCT Oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 ½ teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8-10 chicken smokies (for serving)

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente.
