Let’s make Detox Salad 🥗 You’re not only getting antioxidants from your salad greens and berries, but also from the salad dressing.
Black pepper and basil and essential oils
Walnuts (or any nut or seed)
Fill your bowl with spinach, add the salad dressing and then toss it, and then throw all the berries and toppings to it. You can also spruce some garlic on it.
Add walnuts, or any nut or seed that you want. At the end add the avocado.
Remember that spinach and strawberries have to be organic, as they are in the Dirty Dozen! (Detoxify Yourself, p. 144)
