We could all use a little motivation with the summer over and the fall upon us, and now that the madness of the Back to School rush is over, we can settle in and do a few things for ourselves.

Let’s keep this blog post short and simple, so we can spend more time working on your program for the 10 days.

Is there a cost?

Yes, but it’s minimal. $10 for the ENTIRE ten days! That’s right, your health is worth $10. Spending $1/day on a your fitness should be more than reasonable.

The other reason we set a cost regardless of how minimal is because research shows when you’re financially invested you put more effort into the program, which means you’ll see more results. And our goal here is to get you the most results possible in a short time frame.

When do we start?

Soft launch is TODAY. Which means we’ll be opening up the group, today we’ll slowly add people throughout the weekend and OFFICIALLY LAUNCH THIS MONDAY (Oct. 7th).

Try not to get caught up in the ‘lack of planning’, most times we plan groups like this months or weeks in and advance and something always ‘comes up’ for people to join, so take the leap today, jump on board and let’s make this happen!

What time are the workouts?

Remember this is an online group, we’ll post the videos the night before, for the next day. You’ll do the workouts at your own convenience. So it doesn’t matter what time you do the workouts, although we do recommend doing workouts first thing in the morning. Can we bring a friend?

Yes of course you can bring a friend and yes there will be a fee for them too. In order to get access to the private support group (where we’ll be posting the workout videos) you’ll need to register with payment first. More on that below.

What does the 10 Days include? 

This 10 Day Challenge includes 10 new video workouts each day. Private group support to ask questions and to offer accountability. We’ll plan a weekly workout schedule for you and post it in the group. And we’ll offer some recovery and stretching videos, information and advice as well to help prevent injuries and soreness.

*BONUS: We’re going to offer a 7 Day Meal plan with recipes and grocery shopping lists. No you don’t have to follow it. It’s for your benefit; with anything, the more you put in the more you’ll get out of it. Imagine to possibilities if you not only workout but follow a meal plan as well! ;).

That’s right ALL THAT for only $10!!!

But I don’t have a gym membership 

Perfect! We pride ourselves on #noexcuses. For these workouts you don’t need any equipment and you don’t need a membership. We’ll show you how to use your body as the machine to help you get in great shape or boost your fitness motivation in the right direction!

What kind of Workouts do you do?

We focus on functional body weight exercises. Which means we use our body as the weight as mentioned above. Our workouts take roughly 20 minutes, your goal is working towards 12-15 reps of each exercise and 3 sets.

We have modifications for each exercise which is where the private support group comes in.

Once your payment goes through we’ll add you to the private group on Facebook which is where we’ll host this group. Unfortunately if you don’t have Facebook you won’t be able to access the workouts or private group.
