We got a TON of requests for this Ginger/Turmeric shot. I had no idea that many people would be interested in it. So here we go!

First of all, this isn’t for the faint of heart, it’s spicy and hits hard but in my opinion it’s worth it!

So what’s the recipe?!

βœ… 1/4 cup ginger (the more the better)

βœ… 1 full sized carrot

βœ… 1 med-large sized apple

βœ… dash of cayenne

βœ… dash of pepper

βœ… 1 teaspoon of turmeric

βœ… 1 clove of garlic

βœ… 600ml or approve 20oz of filtered water*

*I actually prefer hot water and drink this warm. It’s better for digestion and I feel it’s more absorbed that way. So you get more bang for your buck!
