Grain Free Granola

Grease the pan lightly or use parchment paper, dump granola in the cake pan.

Bake at 325° for 20-25 min. Stir every 10 min.

Ingredients

  • Coconut flakes unsweetened 1.5 cups
  • Sliced almonds 3/4 (or switch out)
  • Pecans halves and pieces 3/4 cup
  • Pumpkin or sunflower seeds 1/2 cup
  • Chia seeds 1Tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Hymilaian salt a sprinkle
  • Maple syrup 4 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
