This Greek Pasta Salad Recipe is perfect for camping or a summer picnic!
- Gluten free noodles
- 1/2 Long English Cucumber
- 1 can Black olives
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup Grape Tomatoes
- 1/4 Purple onion
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- Himalayan Salt
- 1/4 cup MCT oil
- 1/4 cup Red Wine vinegar
Cooked noodles according to package instructions.
Slice all veggies into small bite size pieces.
Combine the cooked noodles, veggies and feta cheese together in a large bowl.
Sprinkle Himalayan Salt and pepper on top.
Drizzle MCT Oil and Vinegar on top and stir well to combine.
