This Healthy Party Dip in Minutes is one of the easiest appetizers to prepare. There is no cooking or baking required and you don’t even need extra time to make it look pretty, it does that all by itself. Since there is only prep time you’ll soon find out it only takes minutes to put together.
- Refried beans (check the ingredients, you’ll want to cleanest and least amount as possible).
- Guacamole (avocado, cilantro, onion, lemon, tomato, himalayan salt, pepper)
- Greek Yogurt
- Peppers, green onions, olives
- white organic cheese
Spread refried beans on the bottom of an oven safe glass pan.
Prepare guacamole by combining all ingredients in a bowl. (1 mashed avocado, 1/4 chopped white onion, 1/4 chopped tomatoe, 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice, small bunch of chopped cilantro)
Spread guacamole on top of beans.
Pour Salsa on top of guacamole (spread thinly across)
Spread greek yogurt on top of salsa.
Top with chopped green onions, olives (not pictured), peppers and organic white cheese
