We’ve received notices from all couriers that holiday delays are expected, especially around Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as many services pause or run limited hours. We truly appreciate your patience during this time.
Once your order ships, we’re still with you — we continue to track packages closely and support you every step of the way. That said, once a package leaves our hands, delivery timelines are ultimately in the courier’s control, and delays can happen during peak holiday volume.
Warehouse Pick-Up Notice
The warehouse will be closed for pick-ups Dec 24, 25, 26.
If you’re planning to pick up your order, please do so as soon as possibly considering which days they are open.
Otherwise, pick-ups will resume later in the week once operations reopen.
Thank you again for your continued support. As great as 2025 has been, we’re already working on changes and improvements that will make 2026 even better.
