Hydrating Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop True Form’s Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
