Making adjustments to your meal plan shouldn’t feel overwhelming! That’s why we provide our MAP members with easy-to-follow substitution charts every week—so they can swap ingredients while staying aligned with their nutrition goals.

In this post, we’re giving you a look at some of the same substitution charts we use inside our Metabolism Accelerator Program. Our MAP members receive customized meal plans tailored to their weight and calorie needs, designed for simplicity and effectiveness. Each week, they follow the same four meals every day from Monday to Sunday, with a full grocery shopping list to make weekend meal prep easy and efficient. This structure takes the guesswork out of nutrition while keeping things flexible—thanks to our substitution charts, they can swap proteins, carbs, and healthy fats as needed while staying on track.

It is possible to make substitutions within your meal plan, but the items you swap must be in the same category. For example, you can replace a 6oz chicken breast with a 6oz salmon fillet because they are both in the protein category. However, we calculate calories and macros very specifically, and making substitutions can alter these calculations. Too many alterations may impact or delay your results. We recommend making only one alteration per meal plan if absolutely necessary.

If you need guidance on making substitutions, we’re here to help! You can always chat with us during your coaching call for personalized support. Now, take a look at these charts and start making swaps with confidence!
