There’s a lot of things people don’t see behind the scenes of running a small family business… but this is one of them.
Our warehouse looks “simple,” but the truth is, it runs because my wife is an organization queen.
It may not look like much from the outside, but Dorothy has every single thing dialed in — inventory, labels, bags, products, shipping supplies… you name it, she’s got a system for it.
And with a growing space, that matters more than ever.
Without proper organization you waste money re-ordering items you already own…
you waste time paying people to look for things…
and you create chaos instead of efficiency.
But not with Dorothy.
One of her true superpowers is bringing order to the chaos — not just in our personal life, but inside the warehouse too. Because of her, everything has a home, everything is trackable, and everything runs smoother than anyone realizes.
I’m incredibly grateful for her and how much she pours into keeping this whole operation moving forward.
Family business… powered by teamwork, and in this case, an organization ninja.
