It’s quick, easy and fun to make these ones because all you need to do is throw all the ingredients in a blender, blast, pour, bake and enjoy!!
Eating healthy really doesn’t get any easier than this!
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Gluten Free)
1 ripe medium banana
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 large egg
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup Complete Truth Protein
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Blending up Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Gluten Free)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line muffin tin with parchment paper cups.
Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in blender as listed above. Blend until well combined and smooth. Stir in chocolate chips with a spatula.
If you don’t have a blender, mash banana and combine all other ingredients in a bowl.
Pour batter into muffin cups until they are 3/4 full.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy!
