Ingredients
-Plantain
-Pink Himalayan Salt
-Cinnamon
-Maple Syrup (optional)
-MCT Oil (to grease the pan)
Directions
-Preheat oven
-Grease the pan with MCT Oil
-Chop up plantain (thinner is crispier)
-Mix up with your hands
-Bake for 15-20 min.
