Healthy habits are absolutely essential when working towards positive lifestyle changes. The most successful people in the world have a morning routine, these are filled with habits that improve both the mind and body.
Through breathing exercises, quality nutrition, stretching, working out and more will all give you the best opportunity to make each day the most successful as possible.
Many of us already know the importance of healthy habits. As humans we are creatures of habit. We sleep on the same side of the bed, eat breakfast in the same chair at the kitchen table, we even park in the same area at the grocery store or office even though we can park anywhere we want!
The truth is, just about everything we do is created out of habit, good or bad. If we can work on creating healthy habits, or turning unhealthy habits into healthy ones we can make a big change in improving our health.
Over the next 10 days we’re going to work on healthy habits! We’ll start off small with minimal exercises or tasks simply to start creating habits. Don’t take any one of them for granted thinking they are too easy or insignificant.
Each day, remember the reason we are doing each task, which is to create healthy habits. Complete each task knowing you are working towards your main goal.
The first part of the 10 days is cumulative. Which means you’ll do these tasks every single day of the challenge and hopefully afterwards as well.
