I started using Mag in August 2020, my wife had ordered a bottle and she was complaining about the taste but still took it, so I knew something must be up. I tried it and within a day I was more regular, it took about 4 days and my sleep was better and a week and some of my aches disappeared in my knees, hips, feet and lower back. After feeling better I took it a little less often and if I forgot to take it for 2 or 4 days, I noticed. It’s a great product
