It’s the perfect time of year to whip up some of these cute little Rudolph Peanut Butter Cookies. Not only are they cute and fun to put together, they are healthy and delicious as well.

We’ve taken our original peanut butter cookie recipe and transformed it into a holiday Rudolph Peanut Butter Cookie.

Bet you can’t just eat one!! These Creamy All Natural Peanut Butter Cookies are light, moist and packed full of flavour. They will definitely have you coming back for more.

With no gluten, refined sugar, dairy, GMOs or soy  you can trust that they are a healthy snack. With only five ingredients, they are easy to prepare and take minutes to bake. A healthy treat the whole family will enjoy!!

Ingredients for Rudolph Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup Complete Truth Protein
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pretzels (GF if needed)
  • chocolate chips
  • red M&Ms

Steps to Follow to make Rudolph Peanut Butter Cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 3

Roll batter into small balls using a tablespoon and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4

Using your fingers, flatten each dough ball into an upside down triangle shape.

Step 5

Add two pretzels for the antlers, two chocolate chips for the eyes and one red M&M for the nose.

Step 6

Cook for 8-10 minutes or until bottom of cookies are golden brown.

Remove from oven and cool.

Makes 12 cookies.
