I want to thank everyone for the warm and welcoming standing ovation at our Summer salads and smoothies event the other night. HAHA! Just kidding, just a little fun we had with everyone.

I do want to thank everyone so very much for making the event a big success! Rhonalyn and Kristin for taking some great pictures and sharing them (and Julia for helping pass out the smoothies).

I’ve already talked to a handful of members like Ashley who’s been inspired and posting some awesome pics and Nerissa who took her blender traveling with her.

Thanks you all so much for your support with CTP. One quick reminder that I wanted to mention was, be sure to keep this product in the fridge after opening. This is a raw product and we don’t have any preservatives in it. So again, please keep in the fridge to it fresh while you are using it.


Triple Berry Salad can be found here.

Watermelon Salad 

2-3 cups chopped watermelon

1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Juice from half a lemon

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled or cubed (optional)

1 cup cooked quinoa

Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over mixture. Stir and enjoy

Quinoa Salad

2-3 cups cooked quinoa

1/2 pepper chopped (colour of your choice)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

1/2 a cucumber, chopped

1 cup black beans

1/4 cup black olive, pitted and sliced

3 tsbp olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tsp. dill

Himalayan Salt


Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic. Sprinkle with Himalayan salt, pepper and dill. Mix until well combined.


Berry Smoothie

12 oz Almond milk

1/2 cup frozen berries

3 tbsp CTP

1 date

1 banana

Peanut butter cacao smoothie

12 oz Almond Milk

1 banana

1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter

1 date

3 tbsp CTP

1 tbsp cacao powder

Tropical smoothie

12 oz Almond Milk

1/2 cup pienapple

1/2 cup mango

1 banana

1 date

3 tbsp CTP

Coaching with Dorothy
