
Truth bomb and some vulnerability is that I have never really been happy with my body. I mean, there’s been short stints where I’ve enjoyed what I’ve seen in the mirror but nothing that I’ve felt was a long term feeling or lifestyle.
I’ve always been pretty active, even for the last 10 years I’d say I’ve eaten pretty well as I continued to clean up my diet, along with running and working out regularly.
Truthfully I didn’t even know I had 10 more lbs to lose, I didn’t think it would make that much of a difference.
But I have to tell you, after jumping in with two feet into our Metabolism Accelerator Program (MAP), before we decided that we’re going to share this with our clients, I had no idea how amazing I’d feel 10lbs lighter 7 inches thinner.
Finally, and I mean finally, I look in the mirror and love what I see back. Sometimes I stop as I walk by and say is that really me? And I no longer cringe at pictures either!
I never loved my thick thighs, but now that they are more toned and I dropped some inches there as well, my confidence is different, maybe my aura or energy.
I feel lighter on my feet, like I don’t have this huge weight of judgment weighing me down. Not just that I feel is coming from others (which likely isn’t happening) but mostly from myself.
What’s best of all is, I’ve made these significant changes in only 5 weeks, and I feel like this is something I can do forever. Not a short term fad or yoyo dieting I’ve done in the past.
