Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 4 dates
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 3 cups pumpkin
- 3 Tbsp Complete Truth ProteinÂ
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Sprinkle of hemp seeds
- Sprinkle of chia seeds
Instructions
Steam pumpkin until soft or use canned pumpkin (make sure it’s not pumpkin pie filling). Pit dates. Throw all ingredients except hemp seeds and chia seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve warm. Sprinkle hemp seeds and chia seeds on top.
