This is actually quite a hydrating salad. So if you got too much sun, making a nice fresh watermelon salad is great for hydration! Not only the watermelon is good for hydration but also the cucumber.

So you want to buy a nice juicy watermelon, and get it chopped!

Te other ingredients that you will need:

Cucumber

Red Onion

Avocado

Mint or Basil

Cheese

Watermelon Salad

Chop up the red onion into small slices. Then the cucumber, mint leaves (put a bunch of mint if you like it!), squeeze the lime, that’s like your dressing, and add the cheese. Put the avocado in last, because the more that you toss the avocado, the mushier it gets.

Watermelon Salad

You can also add oil if you like, and you can put the salad on top of cooked quinoa, and add some hemp seeds. Hope you enjoy!
