We Really Do Care About the Products We Sell

I was just doing product research looking through dozens of products and reading feedback on Amazon and I couldn’t help but take a step back and think, wow, people sure can be ugly can’t they?

We’re not on Amazon, at least not yet. But to be honest with you, if that’s what I have to look forward to, we may be by passing that option. I’d much rather sell our products to people we know, people that trust us, understand us, and even those we’ve known for years.

People we hang out with, go to the same grocery store, even those that take their kids to the same schools. That’s what community is all about. That’s what supporting local is at its core.

And if that means we grow slower, or if that means we don’t hit that million dollar mark that so many medium sized businesses are after, I think I’d be okay with that.

We really do care about the products we sell. Endless hours goes into every single one. Not only do we recommend our products to our closest friends and family but we take them ourselves every single day. And we value our health more than anything. So if that doesn’t say how much we believe in or products I’m not sure what does.

Years ago I worked for a family business that sold exercise equipment. I asked the owner if they use the product, and they said, ‘not any more, we just sell them’. I thought to myself, how could you sell something that you don’t use?

At any rate, this is our path and this is our mission. And we’ll take whomever wants to join us along for the ride. And for those trolls that come quick, and leave just as fast, I’m perfectly happy saying, ‘our product likely isn’t for you, but let’s try to find you a better fit’.

And you know what, I’ll go to sleep with a smile on my face knowing our people care for us, just as much as we can for them.
