The Yogurt Parfait is an excellent way to have a quick and easy healthy meal on the go. You will be fuelled and have energy that lasts. You will notice right away that you fill fuller longer and won’t be back at the pantry looking for more to eat right after you eat. This is because it contains all the macro nutrients your body needs to properly fuel itself.
Make it before bed and have it for breakfast when you wake up. Prepare it for your lunch on the go or have it for a snack between meals. It doesn’t matter when you have, you will LOVE it!!!
Ingredients for the Yogurt Parfait
1/2 cup Frozen Berries
1/2 cup Plain Unsweetened Dairy Free Yogurt (Our favourite brand is Kite Hill -almond yogurt)
1/4 cup nuts and seeds of your choice (We love pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp Complete Truth Protein
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup Complete Truth Protein Granola

Assembling the Yogurt Parfait
Place frozen berries in a bowl and let thaw for 10-15 minutes. Top berries with yogurt. Sprinkle nuts, seeds, cinnamon and Complete Truth Protein on top. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey. Top with Complete Truth Protein Granola.
