WHO IS THIS GUY?
The success of this book was almost an accident. I wrote it for a few people, those looking for meal plans, those of my clients and fitness class members. I had no idea it would take on a life of it’s own and reach so many people.
I say an accident because I didn’t set out to write a book, it was never in the plans to be an ‘author’. I started out writing a 2 week meal plan, then I looked around and realized no one wants a two week meal plan so I turned it into 30 days. After that I thought it would be a good idea to add recipes so those reading know how to prepared the foods. And finally I thought you might want to know why I stay away from certain foods.
