Initial payment of $250.00 includes the following:

After the initial payment of $250.00, prices read as follows:
1 session-$80
4 sessions- $70/session
8 sessions – $60/session
16 sessions – $50/session
Partner Package:
20% off for partner package (paid at the same time, in advance):
Initial payment: $200/each (includes same as above: 4 sessions, nutrition, cardio, stretching, etc.)
After initial payment:
1 Session – $64/each per session Total: $128
4 Sessions – $56/ each per session Total: $448
8 Sessions – $48/each per session Total: $768
16 Sessions – $40/each per session Total: $1,280
One on One ½ Hr. Package:
Initial payment: $200/each (includes same as above: 4 sessions, nutrition, cardio, stretching, etc.)
After initial payment:
1 Session – $60 Total: $60
4 Sessions – $50/session Total: $200
8 Sessions – $40/session Total: $320
16 Sessions – $30/session Total: $480
Note: With the half hour package, after the initial 4 sessions, warming up before and stretching after will be done on your own so we can get the most out of each workout together.
I train out the CLC Fitness Centre right now in Olds, as well as outside and I do travel to homes given the right circumstance but if you do decide to train at the fitness centre a membership or drop in rates will be separate from these prices listed above.
