Book a Time for Yourself to Workout

It’s important to book a time for yourself to workout. Know exact when it is that you’re going to workout and keep that time no matter what! We often put ourselves at the bottom of the list. Everyone else means more than we do. We push everyone else to the top and leave ourselves with little time to do anything.

We keep hair and nail appointments, we keep golf or beer with the guys appointments; we even keep our vehicle appointments. But when it comes to us and the importance of our mental and physical health, we often pass up on these because we don’t keep them.

We’re just as important as everyone else, our workouts mean more than we think. So make sure you book that appointment with yourself. Know exactly when, where, the exact time and location.

After that do everything you can to keep that appointment with yourself, because you deserve it!
