There is a huge Triathlon in the city this weekend. Most of the streets in downtown were closed off, I actually had some trouble getting home because my usual route would go directly in the middle of it.
These little stands or booths covered the sidewalks that were next to the road the event would take place on.
There was plenty of media coverage with this being one of the biggest events of it’s kind in Europe.
These are a couple pictures of them setting up, the day before.
This is where the swimming portion will end.
I couldn’t get through to my apartment, with all the people and because of the event route, I had to take a detour.
