Here’s a few steps to help increase your success rate to get your at home workouts in.
Set your clothes out the night before, set a day and a time in advance, create a location up in your home; set out your yoga mat the night before also. And make sure it fits into your lifestyle.
If you say you’re going to workout at 5am but you know you get up a 7am, I wouldn’t exactly call that realistic. So make sure you’re creating something like your workout time that will increase your success rate. You should also know what workout you’ll do before you get to your mat.
What we’re trying to do here is increase your success rate by eliminated all excuses before they happen. So get your workouts done first thing in the morning so less things get in the way!
