What if for just a moment we stood up a for these littles ones?
What if we as a collective, parents, teachers, bystanders etc. realized for just a moment that we have the power?
What if for an instant we came together in a conscious enlightenment and understood that we could make a change if we stood together?
That if we stopped worrying about what everyone else thinks, if we pushed the fear of ‘what will happen with my job’, ‘what will so and so think’? What if we understood speaking for those that don’t have a voice meant more than anything else in this world?
What if we understood these shmasks do nothing for health and everything for obedience? That more and more professionals are speaking out against the long term emotional damage especially for children.
How many parents have come to me with their own anxiety and frustration over their own childrens discomfort, sadness, and misery for something that doesn’t even work?
Have they stopped the spread? Have they made any difference at all in transmission?
The CDC announced they don’t work, countless experts have said the same not just recently but over the last 2 years, but still this is still something we NEED to do to, ‘do our part’.
If they’ve promised us anything over the last 2+ years, they promised we should shut our mouths (what better form of obedience than with a shmask), be quiet, stand in line, say nothing and everything will be fine. Everything will ‘go back to normal’. How well has that worked? How much truth is in those words?
Here’s the truth. We can all make this go away, if we chose to stand together. We could make a real difference, we could make a real change. But that begins with each and every one of us.
Not one saviour, not one line of truckers or even one vote for a different tyrant to rule our world. Make a choice for yourself, choose differently, choose better.
Breathing in your own C02 all day can’t be good for anyone. Hardly recognizing the face of your friends and family isn’t good for anyone. Being obedient because you’re told to, regardless of how much sense it makes isn’t good for anyone.
Stand up, make a choice, live that decision and be a leader instead of a follower. More than anything we need people that can lead. Be that, live that, our future needs you and so do our children.
