Sweet Potatoes can be prepared in many different ways: mashed, roasted or baked. Here are some tips for cooking tasty sweet potatoes:
Mashed: Wash and peel your sweet potatoes. Cut into small chunks. Steam them until they are very soft. Transfer to a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of grassfed butter or MCT Oil. Sprinkle Humalyan salt, pepper and dill on top. Mash and enjoy!
Roasted: Wash and peel your sweet potatoes. Cut into medium sized chunks. Toss them into a roasting pan. Drizzle 1-2 Tablespoons of MCT oil on top. Sprinkle with Himalayan Salt, Pepper and 1 clove crushed garlic. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees until a fork slides nicely into the sweet potato. Stir Occasionally.
Baked: Wash your sweet potatoes. Poke holes in them with a fork. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees until soft enough to insert a fork into it. Remove peel, dish up desired amount, drizzle with MCT oil and sprinkle with himalayan salt and pepper.
