Ingredients for Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie
- 8-12oz almond milk
- 1 scoop True Form’s Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt (plain Greek yogurt if dairy isn’t an issue for you)
- lemon juice (1/2 a lemon, squeezed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-2 dates*
Blending up the Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie
Place all ingredients in blender as listed. Blast away and enjoy!
*For best results soak dates overnight in water. They will blend up a lot smoother this way.
