Celebrating Progress: Patrisha and Her Inspiring Journey

Big shout out to Patrisha for sharing her amazing results with us. Or rather, allowing us to share her results with you. She’s down 19 lbs, fitting better in her clothes, and has a number of other benefits she’s found since starting to work with us.

More than anything I want to commend her courage. It’s hard to put yourself out there, it’s hard to allow us to share progress pics. Many people I talk to don’t want to take progress pics at all, let alone share them publicly.

We have countless amazing progress pics, and Always ask permission before we share. And I fully understand not wanting to put yourself out there like this. Which is why it’s worth sharing a post about it.

More people than you’d imagine only want to be on camera from the neck up when I sit across from them on a zoom call. Think about being proud of your progress. Think about the new found confidence that comes along with these results by taking action towards a program like our Metabolism Accelerator Program.

Most people only see the weight loss, and then on top of that the first question is, how long did it take you to do that? When I feel there can be better questions asked.

How about: what does it feel like to have more confidence, how do you measure waking up and loving yourself just a little bit more? How about looking in the mirror and not hating what’s looking back at you.

What other goals do you have besides weight loss that you’re looking for?

What do you truly want out of life? Because most people will say weight loss, but it’s not about the weight loss, it’s about the Freedom that weight loss will offer you in other areas of your life.

And let that be your driving force to push past the hard days when you don’t want to put in the work.

That’s what we work on inside our program. It’s not Only about the weight loss, there are so many other celebrations along the way.

If you’re ready to make it happen, we’re only a message away.
