One of the main reasons we don’t recommend coffee is because of the side effects of it. Many people actually find an increase in anxiety with it, it raises cortisol levels which makes it more challenging to burn body fat.

It’s also addictive which means getting off of it is a nightmare which includes near migraine headaches.

For these reasons alone, we suggest finding another option if you’re looking for an energy boost in the morning or throughout the day.
